Who we are

LuxuryBay is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For anything concerning this policy or your data, write to contact@luxurybay.agency.

The information we collect

We collect only what you choose to provide: your name, email address and phone number when you request our brochures; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; and the content of any message you send us by email or WhatsApp, together with its metadata. We also collect limited technical information about visits to this site — see Cookies and analytics below.

How we use it, and on what basis

We use your data to send the materials you request, to answer your enquiry, to correspond about a potential mandate, and — where you have subscribed — to send our newsletter (performance of steps you request, and our legitimate interest in responding to you). Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

Your data is seen only by the LuxuryBay team and the service providers who operate this site and deliver our email — acting under our instructions as processors. Where a cross-border engagement requires structuring support, information is shared with TrustBay, a Bay Group company, only at your request or with your knowledge. We disclose data beyond this only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Brochure requests and enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a mandate follows. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Engagement records: for the period required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted securely.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@luxurybay.agency — we respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function, plus Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first service that uses no cookies and collects no personal identifiers. For this reason the site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page.

All content on this site — text, images, illustrations, layout, brand elements, logos, video and downloadable materials such as brochures and market reports — is the property of LuxuryBay or its licensors. You may view, cache and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, sell or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent. Unauthorised reproduction or use will be treated as an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action, including claims for financial damages and injunctive relief.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site in any way that damages it or impairs its availability, nor in connection with anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, nor to transmit malicious software or unsolicited communications.

Brochures and newsletter

Brochures and newsletters are provided for your personal reference. We may withdraw, amend or replace any material at any time. Handling of the details you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.

References to third parties, brands, publications and data sources are made for editorial context, and links (including to TrustBay, a Bay Group company) lead to sites we do not control. Inclusion implies no endorsement, and we accept no responsibility for third-party content.
